Everything you need to know before your first session.

Not at all. Whether you've never set foot in a gym or you're returning after years away, every program starts at your level. We build your foundation first — technique always comes before intensity.
Simply reach out through the contact page or book a free consultation. We'll talk about your goals, your history, and what you want to achieve. From there I'll build a program specifically for you.
Yes. Before any commitment, we'll have a conversation about your goals, lifestyle, and what success looks like for you. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest conversation.
Sessions are available in person in the New Westminster and Burnaby area, or fully online through our virtual coaching program. Whichever works best for your life.

Every program starts with understanding you — your goals, your history, any injuries or limitations, and your schedule. From there I build a structured, periodized program that progresses intentionally over time. Nothing is random.
Most clients notice improvements in strength, energy, and movement quality within the first 3–4 weeks. Visible physical changes typically follow between 6–12 weeks depending on consistency, nutrition, and sleep. Give me 30 days and you'll feel the difference.
Every session includes a proper warm-up, focused resistance training tailored to your program, and a cool-down. We track every set, rep, and weight so progress is always measurable and intentional.
Absolutely — it's one of my specialties. Training after 40 requires a smarter approach: longer warm-ups, appropriate recovery time, and programming that respects your joints while still delivering real results. The goal is to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer.
Yes. I've trained clients from age 5 to 93. For younger clients the focus is movement quality, coordination, and building healthy habits early. For teens we introduce structured resistance training with an emphasis on technique and foundation.
This is something we address in your initial consultation. Many clients come to me with existing injuries or movement limitations. Programs are designed around your body — not despite it.
This depends entirely on your goals, schedule, and recovery capacity. Most clients train 3–4 days per week. We'll find what works for your life and build from there.

You receive a fully customized training program delivered through an app or document. We check in regularly, track your progress, adjust the program as needed, and stay connected through messaging or video calls. You get a real coach — not just a PDF.
For the right person, absolutely. If you're self-motivated, have access to equipment, and communicate well, online coaching delivers the same quality programming and accountability as in-person sessions — with the flexibility to train on your schedule.
It depends on your program and goals. Many programs can be built around a basic home setup. We'll discuss what you have available and design accordingly.
04
I provide practical nutrition guidance as part of your overall program — what to eat, when to eat, and how to support your training goals. For clinical or medical nutrition needs I'll refer you to a registered dietitian.
No. Sustainable results come from sustainable habits. We focus on practical, realistic nutrition strategies that fit your lifestyle — not extreme diets that don't last.

Revere Fitness offers four options to fit your lifestyle and goals — Monthly, In-Person Private 1-on-1, Online Coaching, and Revere Bespoke for a fully custom experience. Visit the pricing page for full details.
No long-term contracts. I believe results and experience should keep you coming back — not a contract.
I ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Life happens and I'm always reasonable — but consistent late cancellations affect your progress and your results.

Most trainers focus on making sessions look impressive. I focus on making them work. Technique comes first, intensity is earned, and every program is built around your life — not a generic template. My clients are my resume. Their results are my reputation.
To revere something means to hold it in deep respect. At Revere Fitness we revere the body, the process, and the commitment it takes to show up consistently. Training here isn't punishment — it's an act of self-respect.
Train to be better at life — whatever that means for you.
